What are your favourite vegetables?

I know many of us dislike greens but maybe we can list down the greens we like so that others who hate it may try it out. I will start first as I started this thread.

1. Fried brinjal/eggplant with eggs and dried prawns
2. Carrots cooked with potato, fishball, bean curd in soup.
3. Petola cooked with eggs with a little soup
4. Shredded turnip cooked with shredded carrots with dried chinese mushroom cooked with dried squid (jew hu).
5. French bean fried with bean curd.

I think that is all.

Btw, I eat a lot of vegetables and I can eat nearly every one of them. Love brinjal, french beans, spinach, actually let's just say everything! I even eat bitter gourd!

Nice post.
I go for green salads with onions and tomatoes, all with flavoury olive oil.
Bruxelles sprouts are also good, as long as do not overcook them.

i hate pepper too. i love mash potato. but i absolutely hate spinach! the most disgusting vegetable on the earth. it is like salted spew!
