Will that boy undergo surgery and change himself like Brad pitt? Probably he won't. So rather calling him a fool, i would call him a cunning guy.

Thats the worst example of love. Love really needs a person's character rather than appearance because there is a famous quote "Appearance are deceptive".

I'm assuming (based on the article) that the guy didn't ask the girl to undergo the surgery...he only asked her to do this:

The man demanded Xiaoqing do her make-up as Alba does, even when she slept, and gave her a blonde wig for Christmas, which he asked her to wear all the time.

That's a wacko, if you ask me...something wrong in the head...perhaps he needs a screw or two to tighten it up

As for the girl, try to understand her feelings and you would know why she's willing to make such a major decision...she's probably alone and 'weak' and depend on her bf as the "No.1 guy" in her life to protect her....

I'm not justifying that her actions are right...I still feel it's foolish but unlike some others, I've got sympathy for her...

And I'm wondering as to what her parents/siblings reaction to this might be....that is if she has a family...

That guy has serious stalking issues with Jessica Alba, that he's got to pretend his girlfriend is her. Clearly he is delusional and she was just stupid for going through surgery. He will never love her for her, he will always dream of Alba until he grows up and realizes what a stupid obsession he had for her. And the girl will then become depressed and start regretting the surgery, especially after 40 years when her face starts to sag. Silly humans.
