This is a series of sketches about Ireland and taking the "P" out of the Gardai and Politicians, although i find it funny it's very close to the bone and it's Irelands way of laughing at the way the country is been run... HERE
The sketches come under the title Savage Eye and was pointed out to me by a friend of mine yesterday...

Thanks for the laugh Jay! Owning one's own house is very much a status symbol where I live also. Just look at the mess in my country that the rescession of 2008-2009 has caused with numerous foreclosures on people who couldn't pay their mortgages.

Nothing better than a good laugh. Thanks my friend for making my day! As Bear pointed out, it's not much different over here. I have a modest home surrounded by woods and lots of wild life. It is also paid for, which is wonderful, because I don't have a mortgage payment to make like so many others.
