    Post About page for Blog

Writing an About page for my own blog seems weird because honestly it felt like bragging or showing off.

I guess it would be best to see if anyone here can help to write one. Please no copying and pasting from other website. A simple google search will reveal if your write up is original or not.

To make it more interesting, the chosen write up will receive a special prize

To be perfectly frank it is no way near bragging, of all the Blogs i have visited over the years and the ones i frequent now from time to time none compare to your self in any way, in fact many have copied and pasted your blogs without thought of the work you have put in or even acknowledged where they came up with the information.

From what i understand is that your a down to earth caring and sharing person who feels a little uncomfortable about, for better words promoting the Blog.

I know of a few here that could help you out and all would agree that this is without doubt the best blog on the net, but i will refrain from naming anybody.

Thanks for your kind words Tom.
I wish I am able to put more effort on the blog soon when I start to have more free time.
A lot of my free time are spent with my baby because she's more clingy to me.
She will be exactly 9 months old tomorrow and I really hope that she is able to play by herself as she grows older.

Really nice to hear Raymond, and within another nine months you will find toys stuck in your pc or laptop along with anything not secured down ... enjoy the days you have with the little one, like you i was once optimistic about my children playing by themselves at such a young age they prefer the box to the toys you buy, and putting anything they have to hand to block the toilet with, and god help should you have a cat... I wouldn't have swapped the experience for the world.. at two years old my eldest son ruined a brand new TV within a day of purchasing it..

The days are undoubtedly tiring but I really enjoy spending time with my baby.
At first I find it weird why she prefers to play with the tissue box rather than the expensive "Fisher Price" toys but I think that's normal :P
Did your two year old son kept turning on and off the TV with the remote? They seem to be attracted to remote controls.

@Raymond: My two years old son prefers TV remote to costly toys. He even knows how to point it towards TV and change channels. When he sees something of his interest like cartoons especially Tom and Jerry, he claps and smiles a lot He has broken a keyboard, mouse, and few CDs too

Very much so and i can see what it is you have ahead of you... i wouldn't amazed if your remote vanishes, when the little one starts walking nothing will be safe, like you we bought what we thought where great toys for our children to play with and learn, but the boxes came first, when we had the old Video recorder the toys where put into the loading tray, nothing in the world beats watching them grow and learn.

Although we have gone a bit off Topic is anyone considering helping Raymond with the about Topic for Face book, thank you all in advance.

If you don't wish to make it feel like 'bragging or showing off", then may I suggest that you write an "About Me" instead.....perhaps share a bit of your background, where/when you started being interested in technology/computers, why you decided to write/start this blog and what you hope this blog would provide to your end-readers. The idea behind it is to throw in your personality into the material, connecting to your readers rather than to make it like a list of what awards your blog has won or how successful it is.

I might state the obvious or even piss you off by saying this but the best person to write the page is no one else other than you.
They call me the mysterious one...
my motto is...when it's hot, chill baby
