Raymond, I don't know, If first cat really knows how to make it (or if he at least a bit undersatnds what really he's saying), I'm not sure, but the second cat is obviously saying Russian phrase, as it could be translated to English "Go away", i.e. in Russian - «Уходи», it's really cool.
