Can anyone help please. My desktop toolbar that was sitting at the bottom of my screen has moved to a vertical position at the left of my desktop. I've looked but cannot find where this can be changed back to a horizontal/bottom position.

I'm using Windows XP Home Edition SP2

Just use your mouse, left click on your start menu bar and pull it to the bottom.

Right Click on your Taskbar and Uncheck the option -'Lock the Taskbar'
If the above option is not shown, Right Click on your Taskbar & Go to Properties, and Select the 'Taskbar' Tab.Uncheck the "Lock the Taskbar'
Press OK and Click and hold the Taskbar. Drag it to the desired location on your Desktop AND you are DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
