M-am abonat la revista de dezvoltare personala Body Mind Spirit Magazine si am primit deja primul numar. Intamplator, unul dintre articole ( "Medicina tineretii" ) vorbeste despre una din ramurile Ayurvedei si anume Rasayana: "Rasayana cuprinde terapii specifice care constau in administrarea unor remedii care regenereaza corpul si mintea.Remarcabil la aceste remedii este ca ele actioneaza asupra celulelor creierului,stopand procesele de imbatranire."Va recomand sa-l cititi in nr 5 al revistei din luna octombrie.Am fost placut impresionata de seminariile si conferintele organizate, care m-au determinat sa schimb cate ceva la stilul meu de viata. A fost un adevarat rasfat pt trup, minte si spirit festivalul de anul acesta! Astept cu nerabdare cea de-a treia editie care va avea loc in perioada 27,28,29 martie 2009, la sala palatului, bucuresti!
