    saw this today , when i was google"ing" for sites and info on google.com



    saw this thing today , just goin to play around with it , so i have no idea what the implications are

    You gotta sign in with our Google id eg. Gmail, then only you can see that

    Appreciable step by Google.
    But this also makes Google results vulnerable to Spam bots or zombies which may modify results by automatic clicks. I am sure Google must have made a protection for this feature abuse.

    No, it only works on your own Google ID. The changed that take place only occur to yourself. Other searches by others are not affected.

    Hey i already posted about this. Well anyway as joel said it will only work on your account. google would be crazy to make it universal for all users when you click it.

    If its limited to one's account only, then why does it say 'You are the first person to pick this result' when one promotes a link?
