OK, here's what I think.

I have nothing to be afraid of rapidshare regarding copyright/piracy because they are hosting millions of pirated files on their servers. So sharing of rapidshare premium account, I can close an eye on that. But if you're posting a pirated software, then bye bye.

Yeah 99% of files on RS servers are pirated. They can't also get sued for this as they have no control over what their users host on the servers.
Too bad their Premium Download limit is only 2.66 GB/day.
