3 months license is not really impressive but if you're already using Trend Micro, then at least you can keep the serial number and use it when your current license expires. The serial number is embedded to the installer, so you'll need to run the installer in order to get to see the serial number.

I fear that there is no free version of it...better try Avira, Avast or Rising free edition
