Big Grin Get Norton 360 for free for 3 months.

Guys, I have been a long time visitor of this site but am a new member of the forum. I just wanna share with you guys a freebie that I found. Hope it is gonna be useful for some people.

To begin with, let me tell you how the promotion works. In simple words, Norton and Microsoft has made a 'deal' and are giving away Norton 360 for 3 months for free.

To get the 3 months free Norton 360, all you have to do is to go to this promotional page:

    http://www.symantecstore.com/dr/sat5/ec_main.entry25?page=1582AIndexPage&client=Symantec&sid=37771&cid=273172&CUR=840&DSP=&PGRP=0&ABCODE=&CACHE_ID=273172

Download the 90 days trial (OEM) version and install.

    Enjoy.

Update: I made a mistake of naming this thread as get Panda Internet Security 2009 for free instead of Norton. I have been searching around but couldn't find a way to rename the thread. I would be glad if someone can point out to me as to how to do so. Thnx in advance.

I already used up the 30 days trial. Will this work for me?

I am sure you can. If you had used the 'normal' trial version which is publicly available for download on Norton official site, I am sure you can use this 'special' OEM version. In fact, you can use this even if you had used other OEM version before (as long as it is not the exact same one that I am linking to)

In short, high chances are you would be able to download and install this without much problem.

And by the way, how's your experience with Norton 360 before this? Is it any good? I heard that Norton has improved...currently I am more than satisfied with Avira.
