uniblue have been and still are in some places thought of as rogue vendors.

google .. uniblue rogue and similar.

i know i trialed something along while back .. still getting several emails a week ..

I like their defragger-Disk Rescue-it's very fast,doesn't require the .Net Framework and I haven't seen anything in the way of spam from them.
