Does this Dr.Web promotion hate US IP address? It does not send anything to my email. I used yahoo, gmail, msn. NO luck.
Can someone help me? or send me a key? I will give my email for you to fill.

They check ip address, you cannot ask for more then a license.
I suppose you failed at first attempt to get a key, for some reasons

So If I were you I would disconnect modem/router for a while, I'll clean browser cache (cookies, I mean) then I'll try again

I suppose your Internet Provider will give you a new IP.

Keep in mind that now there are two other steps: Just write whatever you want in the second step

There are more powerful ones out there from what I've read.
I don't see it in those tests.

I got the key fine and installation and registration was a breeze. The only problem I have is with the SpIDer Guard. It won't activate and there is a black spider with a red x in the task bar. I haven't touched any of the settings yet. then I also have a green icon with a yellow warning sign that again tells me my SpIDer Guard is not running. I also get a warning message that says SpIDer Guard is no protecting my system and is not properly configures so some componets are not loaded: SpIder Guard for Windows and SpIDer Guard File System Monitor. then it gives me options to load Manual or Auto and Auto is marked. then it give a box C:|Program Files|DrWeb (This is where the program and key installed to) then there is a Load button (won't load) and and uninstall button. I'm really at a loss. I am running Winxp sp3.
