the promo codes are different even if promotion comes from the same german web site
by the way: the download file is over 670 MB size

Try putting an s ( as in https: ). Otherwise it automatically gets redirected -- in which case ( with unsecured http: ) press the back button, you'll still land on the same registration page. (I'm using Firefox 3.5.2.)

Hi, I just got back. I don't know about Mamutu, because I don't use it. May be you can disable it momentarily? Or try IE? Good luck.
