    Based on the charts, it looks to me as if jv16 PowerTools 2009 and Registry First Aid are of the same standards...But I guess I would just stick to CCleaner...I find it the 'safest' registry cleaner as compared to the rest in the market.

    I believe that Registry Cleaning is dangerous even with CCleaner.
    A few Kbs of Useless Registry entries won't hurt.

    Ha-ha-hah! It's not even worth my ½¢ quoting your message.

    But you buried over a dozen useful, relevant posts under your meaningless garble. What's your agenda, anyway?

    Vent your angst elsewhere, if you have to. Hope you comprehend ... hasta la vista / auf Viedersehen !

    You want respect? Earn it.

    My apologies to the decent rest.

    As the Developer of Windows,
    micro$oft knows better than anyone,
    I guess,
    what to Remove from Registry, Temp Files etc.
    without the Risk of Damaging Windows.

    Clean Up Center
    http://onecare.live.com/site/en-US/center/cleanup.htm

    is a Free Tool that needs to be opened by Internet Explorer.

    <No Official/Unofficial Relationship with micro$oft>
