Insofar as version is concerned, it seems like installation and the application's "About" menu in this case tell different tales; I'm not very sure anymore, since I uninstalled Extra Video Converter Pro.

I wanted to change the thread's title, but I don't know how.

As for legality, we're aware that "giveawayoftheday" codes are publicly available, although not each of these can activate every featured software's trial versions. In addition, we're only dealing with expired GAOTD promos here.

The idea of sharing didn't actually cross my mind until after I erased from my hard drives hundreds of GAOTD installation packs, much of which contained valid registration keys but then many of such software offered -- like today's -- are crap
