1. No where it is mentioned that its only for US customers?

2. Though the clock ticking (or Time left) on the screen is w.r.t. local time zone, they will enable download button as per their timings. (have tried by changing my laptop clock to 22nd, only time disappeared, nothing else happend )

By the way, how good is Panda, I used it long back n it wasn't good..

Also Raymond had reviewed in a promo, it was satisfactory not that good..
