These two applications are too different to compare. AllMyNotes Organizer is good for storing big amount of documents, which is a free-form data representation, while Efficient PIM is Outlook-like all-in-one software, where most of data types (Contacts, Tasks, Meetings) have to be filled in special forms.

It's like to compare digital camera and cell phone. For someone, cell phone is more advanced. In addition to phototaking, it allows much more - calling, calendaring, games, Internet, whatever! But cell phone will never make so good photos as digital camera does. Therefor everyone has to decide for himself, what's the best for him.
