Is the size difference (195 MB vs 114) due to the German download containing the Recovery Media iso?

Anybody registered it with Paragon and had any luck getting the iso?

The size difference is because of two installer, x86 and x64, zipped in German package (195MB). But from Paragon you get x86 and x64 separately (114MB).
