Only for Windows OS x86 (no x64 support), and up to Office 2007 (no 2010 yet)

You're all welcome, friends. In fact, had I known that the English Canadian version was already posted (thanks to mizdoc), I would have just appended this to Sibill's thread. As you see, this is the US English build.
