Please be patient, I think what techpp do is just confirm the comments posted are come from different source respectively. They have to check every bids/comments carefully so that every people will have fair(which means,a) chance to win instead of letting some one flooded the comments(which, I think is not a fair-play) merely to enhance his/her chance to win or win more.the giveaway itself must be true since I can see quite a lot of comments there and the winners will be announced.

Well, their giveaway is real. I got IDM license and Daemon Tools license (I couldn't believe myself, they gave just 10 license and I won). I didn't cheat, but I sow that people posts nonsense when commenting. They ask to post why they would like to win and people post "I want one", "Count me in", "Please give the license". They won't get the license for sure. I normally wrote why I like it, and I was a little lucky.
