WOT rates the developer site as RED but I think it's just a false warning...the site's pretty safe according to McAfee SiteAdvisor.

I suggest you guys to wait for Ashraf's review on dotTech before installing this on your machine...

Update for those of you guys who might be worried to download this...I've just checked with VirusTotal and it seems the file is clean.
