    just a little question

first i concur with silk40dd regarding the good wishes and hopes for our world

secondly, with f-secure internet security 2009 deal on COMPUTELOGY by way of CHIP.de - is it possible to use the serial key to activate f-secure anti virus 2010 as a stand alone utility

as an alternative - is it possible to deactivate firewall and other components of internet security suite during or after installation - so that anti virus stands alone in that configuration

    Hi,
I think is better to open a thread , with your question , :
    - here : ,,Software,, or
    - here : ,,General Forum,, .

    As I know :
    - is it possible to deactivate firewall and other components of internet security suite during or after installation and
    - usually a key when is for the IS not work with the AV ( for example KIS key not work with KAV ).
    Best regards !

Murphy's right but note that some Internet Security doesn't fully allow us to deactivate it's firewall...check with those who are using F-Secure...I'm not so sure about it.

I think both FS IS & FS AV are using th same installer, so when you key in the serial , it will automatically start the IS setup.

You may use the FS IS custom setup & without installing the firewall or others .......

ESET Smart Security UN/Password can be used both in ESET Smarty Security & ESET Antivirus.
(but ESET AV UN/Password can only be with the AV)
