Quick Heal isn't a bogus security company...if it was VirusTotal would not have it in their service....
https://www.virustotal.com/sobre.html
It's just that it isn't widely known or used....and people are more comfortable in using more and well-known trusted brands like Kaspersky and Norton...
However I must warn you guys of a few things that I came across with a simple Google search:
1. It seems that support is only available for those in India
2. Some AV might 'detect' Quick Heal as a malware or Trojan even though it's legitimate. As such, it is recommended to uninstall your old AV before installing this.
In short, I don't recommend anyone to use it but I won't go as far into saying it's bogus...
They call me the mysterious one...
