McAfee SiteAdvisor too makes same warning.
The software developer (Chinese) before made rogue software & now started his own career to make anti-rogue software. (isnt it funny ?!)
It's really long story but this guy start making AV with BD engine and that's last year with the 360 serials could also be valid in using BD AV. (now not possible & banned by BD !!!)

Be careful in using 360 named softwares from China.

Keep your eyes and ears open, we'll need someone to test it. I'll be installing a VM of Windows soon enough for my desktop and we'll see how it flies there, eh?
