I solved the problem ( about which I wrote in PM )..... open with Notepad .....copy - paste - activate online .

Hi Luffy,

To answer your questions in turn:

1: The license key file does contain the key (as Murphy pointed out), which is very long, but there's no need to deal with it manually. Just save the XX.license key file to disk and point LayerView to it - it will activate from the file itself. You can delete the file afterwards.

2: The license is valid for all versions 1.X. Upgrading to a new major version (such as v2 or v3 as and when they become available) will need a new key.

Note: Murphy has pointed out a previously unknown bug: when applying the license key, make sure you select the .license file itself, and not just the directory containing it. This will be fixed as soon as our office opens (Monday).

Alright, Tom, from what I notice, I've got a question. What does your software do differently from Wireshark? By the looks of it, they do about the same.

Also, would you be able to make a non-ribbon interface for it? Some of us geeks are anti-ribbon lol. An option for that would be nice.
