That's because they are not giving us the full Platinum version...they are giving us Special Editions which has slightly more features than the freeware version but still less features than the Platinum version....

Furthermore, it's a good marketing strategy but personally I'm getting sick & tired of looking at such promos/giveaways....they have a "Special Edition" promos so often, I'm beginning to think that their 'giveaway period' limit is kinda pointless....and after all, those setup files can still be distributed on file hosting sites & torrents...
