It appears Avira has finally closed all the promotion links that had been working for years. Looks like the Italian Link is the only one left.

Test proxy with firefox:
Open Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Settings > Manual network configuration - Enter as below

HTTP proxy: 213.26.255.134 Port: 3128

Click the check box "use this proxy for all protocols"

Then visit the promotion page here

well it semi works for me.. when trying to load the page.. get a lot of error messages that the page cant load because the proxy is refusing connections or somthn.. but if u try again, it will eventually go through, but then when i hit the button to send license, the error will happen and when you "try again" and it refreshes, it takes u right back to the form and every time so far hitting the button, i end up with the error.. il will try again later when get off work and see

So there's no free license left for Avira PSS right now. Installing Avira Premium on my computer make me feel like a downgrade. But thanks anyway...

since any of the above mentioned Avira promotion are no longer working and the latest Italian 6 months Avira premium will end today in less than 2 hours (from now) there is no reason to keep this thread open
