@prince: Actually what you get from there is an online downloader which will download the latest version compatible to windows 7. The page hasn't been updated. This is a pretty old promo. Murphy already posted this.

This sort of promo goes on & on , nobody knows when will stop or begin, so you may treat it as reminder (almost 7 months )
