Safe Returner is a great anti-malware tool which not only removes the malware but also their after effects so that the user does not have to do all the hard work manually. According to the author’s site, Safe Returner is a smart version of Microsoft Sysinternals which shows all the items which load at boot time. Safe Returner goes one step further and scans for malware among those items and removes any detected infections.

Safe Returner v 1.27 has dramatically improved in comparison to previous builds.
I have tested it more and more times.
It is good against Zeus Trojan, SpyEye Trojan/Keylogger (which can be installed even on Limited User Account - LUA) and some rootkits and rogue.
It is quite effective in an already infected machine, just pay attention to some possible false positive detections.

It missed a TDSS rootkit (a probably unknown variant) and a rogue during my tests but it cacthed all Zeus and SpyEye variants.
Not that bad, I think the price is not cheap and however cannot replace applications like MalwareBytes' Antimalware and SUPERAntispyware (In my opinion) but I'm sure that egomoo, the developer is working hard to improve his SafeRetuner

Well, this is really informative for me. I wish egomoo best of luck with his software. I also found it quite interesting and useful.
