@ TAZ: I haven't installed (as stated above) sorry.

PC Tools IS v 2010 will install itself in your language anyhow.

I only can tell you that PC tools Firewall Plus and PC Tools ThreatFire (which are free) are very good software in my opinion

Maybe the problem Im having. After clicking the "receive free license" I got a message but it was in German so I have no idea what it said. I thought there was a problem with the addess I entered.
