reasons:
1) those optimizers/registry cleaners make more harm than good
2) too many requirements: Should I apply I would feel myself a spammer and I hate spammers

So true Raymond, most of the bloggers are making it so much complicated. Soon it will be easy to sit in an exam than to participate on giveaways.

Yes i know that leofelix, but since it was bordering on unsatisfactory so i used that color.

About the requirements i must say you just need to fulfill any ONE of the above 5 rules. I wasn't spamming though .... i too hate spammers.

One more thing a friend told me this can be a rebrand of ASC...not sure though.

Hey Guys - This promotion was put to me direct via email from Acebyte. I declined their invitation for much the same reasons you are putting forward.......far too many stipulations.
