That time the installer was in Chinese and you needed to follow tricks (discovered by Ray) to convert it into English.
Now there is a new promo of Trend micro Titanium Internet Security 2011 (Not sure if it is v2011 as I didn't yet installed it). I am not sure if that promo belongs to Trend Micro or to a particular site but you need to download from here.

About Trend Micro: I am using v2010 from previous years promo for about 6 months now and I want to confess that I am quite satisfied with its protection. It may not have the best on-demand protection in the market. It indeed offers one of the best web-protection. easy to use interface and light on system software. Although internet isn't the only infection vendor these days, others being through USB, email client, malwares uploaded in file-sharing website, p2p. Trend Titanium has an intuitive option to block any executable running automatically from USB. For other cases you need to use common sense which you need to have all the time because no antivirus can detect all zero day threats. So I will ask everyone to give this a shot...
