Go For Comodo, Avira, Avast.. even for that sake AVG (I hate this one) but not NORMAN...

in the "Norman" webpage I can only get Norman v 8 and I cannot find Norman v 9. Is this promo good for Norman Security Suite PRO or just for Norman IS?

I have heard that this promo key is not for full options of Norman Security Suite.When installing some features would be automatically deleted & left only antivirus/antispywares & firewall.

100% for sure that Norman is not heavy at all. I used it last full year with the same reduced features version.
The detection rate may be not too good(when everybody saying),but I think this is the 1st antivirus to have sandbox features which would probably ensure better protection.
In case of counting TM processes, Avira got the most.
