Computer shutting down
I have two problems.
1. Occasionally, my computer will restart on its own without giving any notifications. Why is it like that and how do I solve it?
2. This thing also happen occasionally too. My computer sorts of shut itself down while I am doing some stuff (eg, on the internet, scanning for virus). The light on my USB mouse will go off as if my computer is shut down. But when I press the power button to on it back, it don't work as in my computer won't on back. Neither does the reboot button.I press both the buttons like 5 times and no response. I need to off the plug and on it back and press the power button then it will be ok. Any idea what is wrong and how do I solve it?
Thoughts are like a never ending ocean where it is deep, endless and dangerous

It could be an overheating problem.
Check your power supply fan and see if it is spinning.
Then check your CPU and System temperature. Here are 2 programs to do that.

as for me i think its safe. kaspersky says that the prog, is trying to download a file which will not be able to control by kaspersky

It is safe. Kaspersky warned you because of the way it requires to run the driver.

Also try this -
Right click on My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Settings > Uncheck "Automatically Restart" > OK.

The temperature looks fine and your computer won't automatically reboot because of that value.
Now it does sound like a power supple issue, but we have to make sure that it is not a software problem. Can you try booting your computer to Safe Mode with Networking? Try doing what you normally do to experience the auto shutdown and see if your computer still shuts down by itself.
