How to completely uninstall windows live messenger 2009

Try to install all Windows Live Messenger 2009's component manually.
Download and install in order.

hello, thanks for helping me
i did everything u told me to do installed all the given products but when trying to install wlm im getting this error:

the configuration data for this product is corrupt...

OK now try Windows Install Clean Up. Download, install and run it. See if there's anything on Windows Live Messenger in the list.

Well there is other windows live products that come with windows live messenger, but not windows live messenger itself:


here's whats happening now:
when i run the wl-all installation (~133MB) the first thing i get is:

and while installing wlm - it installs everything and when it comes to windows live messenger installation i get this error:

there's nothing about it in google!

P.S.: there is no windows live folder in my start menu!
there is a windows live folder in my program files which contains:
contacts folder and installer folder (which i think are installed through the stand alones program u gave me earlier)
installer contains: wlarp.exe ; wloobe.exe ; wlsres.dll
i ran both application and with wlarp.exe i clicked on repair but nothing has changed!

Weird.. After I have done my deep_cleaning WLM, I can install WLM and other windows live products without problem. How bout a reboot after the 4 files clicking, then u try to install WLM?

You may consider writing email to the team. I always do whenever I have software problem, including AV products.
