blue screen after refresh rate change
My friend asking me?
I've 17inch CRT Monitor, today i set a higher refresh rate ....blue screen showing. keyboard and mouse is not functioning. same proble after restarting.
normally i solve this problem with another monitor. but don't know how to solve this without any another monitor

Firstly, Update your Graphics driver.
Secondly, Right Click on Desktop>Settings>Advanced>Monitor>Check (Tick) the Box "Hide Modes that this Monitor cannot display"

Restart the PC in Safe Mode. Press F8 while the CPU JUST starts up and then you'll get Safe Mode Option.
In the Safe Mode, change the above display settings and lower the refresh rate. It'll solve your problem after then.
