how to use a web server as proxy server

I have been subscribed to Raymond.cc for quite some time. my question is
that i have web-hosting account on a US based webserver and I want to allow non us users to use it as a proxy server. Can any one help in that how will i accomplish this.

Depending on what type of proxy.

If you want to do web proxy, there are scripts that can do that.

But if you want to do as an open proxy to enter it in Internet Options, then you have to actually own the server to configure a proxy.
