    Paint Buying software

I know it's expensive for the common home user to purchase all the software titles they wish to use.

I wont describe the pros and cons of owning a license for each of your software.

But for those who want to finally own the software which they've been using for years, but don't want to pay full price, then start googling for discounts!

Ever wondered what that 'Enter promotion code:' or 'Enter coupon code:' field was during check-out on online e-stores for many big software titles?

Well that's the field you enter a discount code, that's if you have one, in order to get some sort of discount on your purchase.

In most cases, you wouldn't have such a code, perhaps you've never received a promotion code, but promotion codes are everywhere, usually found in magazines or ads, which most of us don't receive.

However the good lads who receive them, submit these to online promotion code database sites, where they become available to all of us.

Say you want to buy your favourite program that costs $100 US, and you happen to find a valid promotion code offering a discount of 20% for that title.

Yes, by using that code, you will save $20 on that software title, just because you bothered to google for a promo/discount code for that software title before you completed check out.

    Happy shopping (wisely)...

    Thanks for the welcome...

You will reach a point in your life when you will get sick of chasing up pirated appz, and chasing new versions every so often.

Or you might get sick of helping people who have fallen victim of virus infested crackz...

There's tons of newbies out there who don't know what reformatting is, so a tip on how to save money on purchasing software will benefit many...

I hope you now get the point...

Yeh, keep laughing about it... It's sweet for years and years, then we get cocky, and bang, we too become a victim of malware

The one I was infected with did some deep damage, causing my browsers to go through some proxy, which returned 'copies' of the sites I was navigating to, making me think I was on the real site. Yes, navigating to any site.

(The status bar would indicate that it always connecting to some domain which I've never heard of, which made me suspicious). Also the fact that when I tried to log onto sites, it wouldn't log me in, and I would receive errors. Even though the right url was displayed in the address bar.

As an advanced user, I was not able to recover from this infection. So I quickly reformatted and changed all my passwords. After that, I just paid for the software and found my peace.
