Help with startup problem

Hi ive deleted the program Desktop weather channel some time ago but whenever i rum startup manager it still seem to be there.Ive tried to delete it with ccleaner,tuneup utilities and also advanced systemcare,it keeps coming back.Tried to manually delete it frm the registy but there was an error msg"The selected program could not be removed from the autostart list because of the following error: A call to an OS function failed.Please make sure you have the necessary access permissions and try again"This is the the registry name:C:\Program Files\The Weather Channel FW\Desktop\DesktopWeather.exe"

Are you running Windows XP or Windows Vista? I might be able to create and post a reg file to delete the remaining keys from your registry if you tell me which you run.

Okay, I can't because I forget how to, so try running a scan with CCleaner's registry scanner, hitting fix all when it's done, and take a look at it's Startup Entries as it still might be under there.
