How to download legal MP3 from Amazon.com when located outside the US

As long as I' most of the time travelling for my job, I' m looking for a solution to download legal MP3 from Amazon.com when I'm outside of the US.
Everytime, I'm trying I receive a message saying that the offer is only valid in the US.

Any ideas ?

I've tried several proxies but without success. It looks like the amazon MP3 downloader ignores the proxy settings.
