    Speaker and Headphone Switcher

I have speakers and headphones but I use my speakers for gaming and headphones for chatting. But when ever I want my speakers to play, I have to unplug my headphone and when ever I want to chat, I plug my headphone back in (In the front)

As I'm quite lazy.. Is there a way that I can keep them both in but change swap them via controls on my pc?

You could always get a switch.

It's a hardware issue. Some sound cards do support this function. A splitter might do the job, but sound quality will be distorted. Or as hellnoire mentioned, you could always get a switch, or just get of your lazy bum.

Lol. That was for the front part. Haha. No offense, Mark.

I'm trying to avoid using a splitter 'cos the sound qiality will be reduced which I dont really want..

Isnt there an option that I can switch the sound from playing from the front port to the back?

I suggested a switch, because that wouldn't reduce sound quality.
