Important files Missing in Vista
I must say this is my unluckiest day ever. All my project files are gone.
Heres my scenario:
1. I mistakely ended Winlogon.exe
2. I have open the folder named Downloads which is in Drive D: This folder is used by Orbit downloader, MS Office 2007 and Firefox. I use this folder to as a working directory for all my works.
3. When I ended Winlogon.exe my PC was unresposive so I had to press the power button
4. After I turn on the PC, All my files were gone, only the folder was there. I tried Tuneup Utilities 2009 to recover the deleted files but I does not show any files from that folder.
I've whole computer still I cant find them.
I need desparate help. All the project files were there. All the work I had for the last 3 months will be useless and I am running out of time.

Plus make sure that you DO NOT move/copy any file on that drive before using Recuva to recover them. Else all the deleted files' sectors on the drive will be overwritten making them unrecoverable.
