MSN.com works for me. But MSN.ca (MSN Canada) isn't loading for me at the moment. I don't know whether MSN Canada is actually MSN.ca or not, in fact.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe http://sympatico.msn.ca/ is MSN Canada's website?
Btw, you can use either these to determine sites which are currently down.
