Oh Damn! I tested it on Vista, I save it on my desktop and try to change one of the icon of my programs and this is what it said "This file does not contain any icon" or something like that... Any other free Icon making programs out there? oh and what is the file ending have to be for Icon type of files e.g.: .txt , .jpg , .png etc...?

file ending needs to be .ico for an icon, I think.

Also, there are several more. Failing these, I've got a second site I can go to, to take a look.
