Changing taskbar font color

I wasn't sure what section to post this so I came here. I just started using Window Blinds and love it, but The theme I like, the taskbar is too dark and my taskbar font-color is black and I can't see it. it's not a big a problem as I know what is there, but it is annoying my OCD and I really want to be able tyo see it. I have been searching all over the net for ways to change change the taskbar font color and can't find anything. I really don't see why Yu can't change it. I have looked at all of the normal color and preference options and haven't found anything. I have Vista sp1 64 bit x86.

I'm sorry. I don't have access to a Windows Vista computer so I can't really test these. But maybe you could use TweakVI, Iconoid and D-Color XP which was written for XP, but reports say that it works on Vista.
