raymond i formated my pc , updated my drivers with latest display driver , repired windows & i install new graphic card for that problem & i changed my motherboard & ram for that problem but it cannot be solved if that my cpu is faulty is that posible i frusted for that problem i cheak that isss in vista & xp

When you newly formatted your hard drive and reinstalled Windows (before even installing any drivers and software), do you encounter such problems?

How much ram do you have? It looks like you have a faulty RAM card to me, or not enough.

Okay.... i just thought... well you know. I just came up with a idea. You can order or download (for free) the ubuntu linux cd and boot into live CD mode and see if the task bar and windows have this trouble.

yes i do the you had telled steaps i upgraded my system for that problem

i purchase new kingstan ddr2 ram with 800fsb my old ram is transcand ddr1 400mhz

yes i had new gigabyte g31-s2n motherboard and my old motherboard is intel genuine 915 motherboard
