mouse cursor flashing during full screen games

guys i have this problem that during fullscreen game, any fullscreen game, my cursor will keep on flashing on and off repeatedly and the pixels near the cursor will suffer servere frame issues. this problem however, does not happen in windowed mode of games and i maybe wondering if its the razerdiamondback config that is causing problems.

Game tested: Halo 2, Wc3, Halo, Fifa 09, Mafia, El Matador
REsults are all the same the cursor will flash on and off. tried to solve this problem by google but can't find much help
Hypothesis: Razer diamondback3g config causing it?

yes all drivers patches installed. windows patches are also up to date. its just so pissing to see the flashing cursor! D:

what do you mean? i reinstalled the configuration. stil no luck D:
