Vista Firewall Issues

HI,

everytime i start up my computer, a firewall permission windows pops up. the details in the drop down is :

{E2B3C97F-6AE1-41AC-817A-F6F92166D7DD}

if i select continue, my firewall will be auto disabled.

{E2B3C97F-6AE1-41AC-817A-F6F92166D7DD} is found in the registry under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT / AppID

is there any safe ways to solve it?

First, I'd like to know what is the registry key {E2B3C97F-6AE1-41AC-817A-F6F92166D7DD} for.

Go to find and type regedit.
Run it and hit CTRL + F.
Paste the code {E2B3C97F-6AE1-41AC-817A-F6F92166D7DD} and find.

Check the values and see what does it say.
