How often do you defrag?

I also using Smart Defrag.I like the auto defrag function, it's just defrag when your computer is idle!

i have Ashampoo win op 6 and it defrags on auto . i think lol i may have messed with that setting.

i also have sys mechanic which i have not really set up yet

once a month and after adding 1 gb more , once in three months, donot know the reaosn but whwnever i feel system slowed down then i defrag it.

Every couple of weeks, or when i remember, which ever comes first
